LVRC will prepare a report that will serve as an information source about the health needs of the community of Allentown, focusing on the eastern and southern regions of the city.

The survey will include:
1. Development, administration, and analysis of a surveys to residents of the City of Allentown;
2. Development, administration, and analysis of six focus groups, including two in Spanish;
3. Development, administration and analysis of 60 interviews with four ethnic groups identified by LVH staff in consultation with the research team;
4. Final report inclusive of analysis of surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
